CODE OF CONDUCT

At Proud Dragon Games, we aim to maintain a fun, fair, and inclusive atmosphere for all audiences. In striving to achieve this goal, we ask that you follow these guidelines. If you have any questions, feel free to ask for clarification. 

 

• Be respectful. Everyone should be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect, regardless of differences. Please practice inclusivity to players of all skill levels. Offer helpful feedback and your best sportsmanship. This means both staff and your fellow gamers. Please avoid disruptive behaviors, such as yelling, vulgarity, and hateful language. Harassment and discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

• Be mindful of personal hygiene. In maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and in respect of those around you, please practice general cleanliness habits. This means washing your hands before handling game pieces, not wearing excessive perfumes or cologne, wearing clean clothes, and showering before coming to Proud Dragon Games.

• Play fair and honestly. To keep games fun for everyone, please do not cheat and do not creatively interpret rules to give yourself an unfair advantage. Please do not gamble or bet in any way shape or form. Respect the decisions of your play group, game judges, and store staff. 

• Respect the space. Do not damage or tamper with our property. Do not bring in messy or overly-pungent food, and absolutely no outside alcohol. Please report any problems or concerns to staff immediately.

• No unattended minors. A guardian must be present at all times.

 

Failure to adhere to these policies will result in a warning, followed by a temporary or permanent ban for repeat offenses.
